Building a flow that captures the response from a form but also adds the attachment to the sharepoint list (form saved in a teams site not my account)

So I have been trying to build out the flow which captures the responses from a form which is saved within a Teams site environment, I can get the responses into a sharepoint list which is also within the same group created for teams (US Dream Team).

I can see the files are saved within the same US Dream Team Onedrive location under 

US Dream Team>Documents>Apps>Microsoft Forms>Interview Template>Upload Resume

However when building out the flow and following tutorials on YouTube etc I cannot get it to get the file from the OneDrive location and save it as an attachment to the Sharepoint List.

I receive the error { "status": 404, "message": "The resource could not be found.", "source": "api.connectorp.svc.ms" }

The file id '/Apps/Microsoft Forms/Interview Template/Upload Resume/57137881 - Backing_Peter Longley.xlsx' is not valid.

I have a Parse JSON action, then Get file content, then Add Attachment

The error shows the flow can't find the file in your onedrive. Please check it.

Yes sorry I should have said the file is in the Onedrive so I believe it is an issue of the path to the Site as it is not my own Onedrive that the file goes to, I have tried putting in /US Dream Team/Documents/Apps/Microsoft Forms/Interview Template/Upload Resume/ which is what it shows when I go to view the files but that doesn't work either.

Thank you for the clarification.

I guess you created and used a group form and the files were stored in the sharepoint/team site ,right?

My puzzle is why you use onedrive to get group files...🤔

So could you try the sharepoint connector instead of onedrive connector to get the files ?

The Microsoft Form automatically adds the files to the OneDrive I don't have any options to do otherwise that I can see anyway.

Yes I created the Form and it is located in what was created as a Teams site originally, obviously that is also a SharePoint site. The files are located in that same site within OneDrive.

Do you find these files in onedrive quick access?

Yes that is where I see them when I logon to OneDrive

Hi @peterlongley ,

So the form actually is a group form.

And the files submitted in form are stored in sharepoint document library rather than onedrive though you can logon to onedrive and access them.

Onedrive connector can't get the files stored in group. So you should use sharepoint connector to get the files.

Thanks so like this, although what do I add to get the actual file name for each one now?

If your flow trigger is form, you can use 'Get response details' action to get filename.

I have it set like this now, not sure if that is correct with Upload Resume at the end of the File Path though?
