Conditional check on create item

Hi,

How do I setup a trigger condition which checks of title value say 'abc' is present in the list title value and if not will create a item . If it exists will delete the item from the list.

Do you want to check a newly created Item in a SharePoint List? If it‘s title contains "ABC" then delete this item?

I basically want to compare title column values from the title column in a document library and title column from the list. If the title matches then the list item needs to be deleted and if it doesn't matches then a new item needs to be created in the list.

Do you want to compare the item in the List with the document in the library?

• If the title in the list can be found in the title in the libiary then keep the item.
• If the title in the list cannot be found in the title in the libiary then delete the item.
• If the tilte in the libiary but not in the list then create a new item in the list.

I just want a condition to be added to check if the title value from the document library matches the title value of the list item and if it does it should delete the item from the list. If it doesn't find the title value of the document library in list it should then create a new list item with the title in the list.

Maybe I didn't express it very clearly and didn't let you understand what I meant. But I think what you have expressed is consistent with my summary:

Check the title of each record in the list——

• If it does not exist in the title column of the library, delete this item.
  
• If it exists in the title column of the library, keep this item.
  
• If there is a title that does not exist in the list in the library, a new item is created.

In general, I think all this is just to copy the the library into a list.

only need to:
1. Delete all data in the list.
2. Traverse the library and add records to the list one by one.

• The function of the first loop is to delete all items
  
• The role of the second loop is to create items based on the library

In addition, if this function is to be implemented in the way you said, flow will be very complicated. I suggest you consider this simpler way.
