Dataverse: Send email from with PowerAutomate

Hi,

I am used to sharepoint where I set the dynamic content of a column where a user types in their name (AAD). I used to select the dynamic content email such as "Technician email" for an email to be sent and select their name within the body of the email such as "Technician Display Name". Worked well, but these options are not available when connect to Dataverse. Instead the dynamic content is a choice between Value, Type or Table. Not knowing which to use, I selected all in the email. First, I selected my email address and received after the flow ran (as shown in pic1), and received the GUIDs and other descriptions in the email body (pic2). Secondly, I selected either one of the Value, Type or Table as an email address, and it fails. 

What should I be doing?

Could you please confirm the data type of your 'Technician Name' column in Dataverse table? It looks like a Lookup or User column that returns the ID of the user, so you may need to use a 'Get user profile' action (passing 'Technician Name (Value)' as ID) to access the user's display name, email and other data:

Hi @rzaneti  - the column is a lookup to the AAD table within Dataverse. I will try your method now and will let you know.
