Flow Time Zone

Hi Iam New in developing flow.
So I create a flow for creating new user
the trigger is by submitting the form from Microsoft Forms
after submitting i got an approval and if i approve the approval it save the last submit from Microsoft Form.

What i want to ask, as you can see the, my time and time on approval was different.
how do i set that time same as my PC



and after i click approve it would save the data to myExcel. here's my flow to save it

After success on adding a row into excel, i check the time submission was wrong too

I think the UTC time should be set on your computer, and the time in the Approval action email is GMT, so there will be a few hours difference, depending on your time zone.

I afraid that there is no any way to set that time same as your PC currently.

If you want to the function that could set Date Created in Approval email that you mentioned to be supported in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

So, this is also reflected in the Submission time saved to the Excel table. The time saved in the Excel file is different from the time you actually submitted.

You could use addHours() function to add the corresponding hours difference to the Submission time.  Like : addHours(Submission time,5)

I am doing a similar thing, where i am asking a Flow to look at the excel sheet that is connected to a Form, and based off the submission time of the Form, it should "Get a Row", with the key value being the submission time. 

I used the addHours idea and set it like this

addHours(body('Get_response_details')?['submitDate'], -4)

and it comes ot with the correct time but still throws this error:

what i got from your comment is,
you try to get a row from excel by key column of submission ?

It could be there's a difference on the Millisecond. so I suggest you using another unique keycolumn
