How can I use @mention in a flow with MS Teams when a new user is added

I am using the power automate flow template called "Welcome new member to a team and share their bio".

How can I add an @ mention in the message in the channel?  I tried adding <at></at> around the <Display Name> that I saw in an article but that doesn't work.  Any ideas?

I got  the @mention token for the user but when I post in channel it returns the error:
"Message mention text needs to be specified."
