How to display dynamic content on an adaptive card?

Dear Experts,

I have a power automate flow that gets the content from a sharepoint list.

When the user gives the department name it collects from the sharepoint list all

the users from that department along with the displayname, jobtitle and email-adress.

How can i display the dynamic content of the sharepoint list to an adaptive card?
