List item missing from condition list

I am building a flow to compare two list items to see if they are equal. Is they are, cancel the flow.  If they are unequal, update the one list item, so they end up being equal.  For some reason, when I click on "Choose a Value" it is not an element I can choose.  I created the item as "add to all content types."

It will not show much. The item I am looking for is LastStatusCheck.  The first is flow and the second shows I have the item on the SharePoint list.

If I understood correctly, you want to compare the GR... column with the LastStatusCheck column and both of them are choice data type. To compare this kind of columns, you have to look for the column names "GR... value" and "Last Status check value".

Sorry, that did not help.  You are correct, I want to compare the two items.  The issue I am having, finding the Last Status check value in the dynamic contact.  It is not showing up in the list, but all my other list content is there.

Do this columns allow multiple values?

It is a choice drop down.  I have limited to the 8 choices, and you cannot add any other items.  The GR... is really the same list item with the same choices.

I still don't know if you can select multiple items or only one. In any case, could you try with another comparison like "contains"?

Maybe I need to take this up a level.  I have built this a couple of times in other flows, so I am not sure why this is not working.  I want an email to go out when a specific change happens on a line item. Not any change, but only when the status (a specific element) has changed.  I have a mirrored column.  One shows the current status, and one shows the baseline.  If they are the same, do nothing/terminate.  If they are different, complete the flow.  For some reason the baseline element will not show up in flow.  It is in the SharePoint list, but not an element/dynamic in flow.  If no one knows why this element is not showing up, is there a better way to  limit the emails to only specific changes?
