Nederlandse datum- en tijdsaanduiding in html-rapportage

Ik heb een vraag over de datum- en tijdsaanduiding. In Powerapps ziet die er zo uit:

In de Sharepointlijst ziet het er na invoer in de app zo uit:

In de rapportage gemaakt met html ziet het er zo uit:

Hier gebruik ik het volgende commando voor de begintijd (en de equivalent daarvan voor de eindtijd):

convertFromUtc(item()?['Begintijd'], 'W. Europe Standard Time', 's')

convertTimeZone(formatDateTime(item()?['Eindtijd'], 'g'), 'UTC', 'W. Europe Standard Time','s')

De tijd komt hier wel overeen met de invoer maar het ziet er niet zo leesbaar uit.

Als ik deze commando’s gebruik:

convertTimeZone(formatDateTime(item()?['Begintijd'], 'g'), 'UTC', 'W. Europe Standard Time','g')

convertTimeZone(formatDateTime(item()?['Eindtijd'], 'g'), 'UTC', 'W. Europe Standard Time','dd-mm-yyyy HH:mm'),

is dit het resultaat:

Dat ziet er goed uit (denk je), maar het geval wil dat elk systeem waar je dit bestand inleest (b.v. Excel) denkt dat hier sprake is van de datumaanduiding mm-dd-yyyy:

Dat zie je aan het feit dat 9-9 anders is weergegeven dan 13-9. Zodra nl. het tweede getal boven de 12 komt, snapt Excel dat dit niet kan omdat er geen dertiende maand is en dan gaat die het anders weergeven.

Dus als ik overzichten aanlever aan gebruikers die hun tijd hebben geregistreerd, zien alle datums boven de 12e van de maand er anders uit dan die van onder de 12e en sorteren kan niet meer op dit veld.

Kortom ik zoek een manier voor weergave van mijn datums in een overzicht die én correct zijn én eenduidig qua dag/maand-aanduiding én leesbaar én sorteerbaar…

Dat commando convertTimeZone heb ik trouwens nodig omdat anders de tijd als UTC-tijd wordt weergegeven, dus 2 uur eerder!!

Do you have a couple of screenshots of your flow setup which you are using to store the Tijdsregistratie items in your SharePoint list?

Btw, are you also using the flow to generate the HTML table as well?

convertFromUtc(item()?['Begintijd'], 'W. Europe Standard Time', 's')

Instead of 's' I also tried 'g', 'dd-mm-yyyy' and lots of other things.

Eindtijd:

convertTimeZone(item()?['Eindtijd'], 'UTC', 'W. Europe Standard Time', 's')

has the same result.

Thanks for sharing those details.

If I understand correctly the PowerApps is storing the items directly in the list and the flow is only to generate the report (via a Create HTML table action).

To get the full picture of the setup. What are the regional settings of the site which is storing those Tijdsregistratie list items?

I am guessing UTC+1 Amsterdam and locale Dutch (Netherlands) and 24 hour time format?

When the data is correct in the SharePoint list you should be able to use this format without any time conversion.

formatdateTime(item()?['Begintijd'], 'dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm')

formatdateTime(item()?['Eindtijd'], 'dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm')

That should give you this output

Hi Expiscornovus, thanks for replying, I understand your thought, but I need the conversion because in the html-list the date/time is 2 hours earlier than in reality. I will show you here below.

After UTC-conversion I cannot succeed in using the desired date/time format....

Thanks for clarifying that.

If you want to have the correct formatting with the conversion can you try these expressions instead:

convertFromUtc(item()?['Begintijd'], 'W. Europe Standard Time', 'dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm')

convertFromUtc(item()?['Eindtijd'], 'W. Europe Standard Time', 'dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm')

The output of my previous test example shows this
