Populate Word Template from SharePoint List

Super new user, just created a sharepoint list with fields that populate employment contracts through the plain text content.  When I created my entry and ran the job I am getting some really weird entries.  As you can see from below that it should bring in Hospitalists as the specialty but it is bringing in some extra data starting with (@odata.type..... see below.  How do I just bring in the world Hospitalists.

Issue 1:

Issue 2: This section should just display a name and it also gives a lot of extra stuff.

Issue 3: Address needs to be on separate lines, Home Address, then below city and then below zip code.

Also I have alot of templates, Is there a more easier way to create these flows that would allow the selection of templates.  In this particular case I am pointing to a specific template but I have like 40 plus template.  HOw do I make it so that when a new sharepoint list item is created I can select a specific template to populate and the flow just grabs the correct one instead of building a separate flow for each template.  Thank you kindly!

Instead of Name type the first part of the dynamic content.  Is it MMG President?  Also, it wouldn't be Name it would be DisplayName

Did you enable the use of carriage returns in the field properties? when you added it to the Word template?

Issue 1 & 2 are the same problem.  You are using the dynamic content that is the object to fill in the fields.  There should be additional fields that are labeled almost the same, but with Value and Display Name included.  Those are the ones you want.

3) for the address make sure you add a blank line between each dynamic content field That should add a carriage return and linefeed to the address lines.

4) In terms of the templates, there really isn't a better way.  Each new list is going to require a new connection to pick up the schema of the SharePoint list.  The template you use is the same.  It has a specific set of fields to be filled in that are picked up when you add the template to the flow.

That is what i figured but I cannot see it in the list:  When I type name it doesnt exist

I know I had this happen to me before and I had to do something but I cannot remember what it was.

Thank you! Regarding 4, all of the contracts essentially have limited information that gets sent in and most of them share the Plain Text Content, there aren't too many input variables. Is there a way to use maybe PowerApp Forms to select the file name in the Document Library.  and then match up the file selected in the PowerApp forms to trigger a flow to match up the file names with the document library templates?

No, because the fields to fill in are defined when the template is chosen at design time.  If the template is dynamic there is no way to specify data to fill in the fields because the action doesn't know what the fields are until runtime.
