Post Adaptive Card and Wait for a response - with Excel file from Sharepoint with lots of Emails to send at once

I have a recurring flow that:

- List Rows in an excel table being pulled from an excel file in Sharepoint Documents.

- Apply to each - value from body/each of the above Listed Rows.

- Condition that if the Sent date/time column contains No, then Yes it is true and below actions:

- Post an adaptive card and wait for a response

- Update a row - to update the Sent column to utcNow()

The issue is - it runs perfectly... except, on my excel file, I have hundreds of rows of different emails... and it waits for the first email to submit their response on the adaptive card prior to moving to the second..... and so on... and so on.... 

I will be continuing to add emails to this list.  And I need to them to all send at the same time.

Can you help me please?

You could use an alternative action 'Post card in a chat or channel' which would not pause the execution of the flow:

In that case, you need to set up a separate automate flow to capture each response. You need to select the trigger as 'When someone responds to an adaptive card'. To get the row identifier from each response, you could set the value in the read only or hidden text field and use the same in automate flow for updating the row in excel after user respond.

So what is interesting.... I just saw a video referencing this trigger "When someone responds to an adaptive card"... But I do not have this????  How do I get this?  Any ideas?
