Send email to the person who created the list when SharePoint list is deleted

I want to set power automate as sending email to the person who created the list when the SharePoint list is deleted by someone.

It seems I can select who delete this list, but I can't select the person who create this list. Each my SharePoint list has the creator's information, though. If you have any thoughts, please teach me.

unfortunately you will not be able to achieve this functionality on the Delete File due to the nature of how the flows are executed

You could use the Send an HTTP request to SharePoint to get the list author by using the following API:

_api/web/lists/getbytitle('ListName')/Author

Then use the below expression to get the creator Email:

outputs('Send_an_HTTP_request_to_SharePoint')?['body']['d']['Email']

I tried this, but actually this doesn't work as expected.

I think that when the list is deleted, it goes to the recycle bin, so I think I need to access to Recycle bin.

So, I tried as below, but it doesn't work well.

What I input to "outputs" variable in "initialize variable" is the same as what you taught me.

So you want to get the deleted item creator, not list creator, right?

The following API could help you, this api is trying to get all items which ItemType is 3 (list item):

_api/web/RecycleBin?$filter=(ItemType eq 3)

After get them, find the item which "DeletedDate" equals Time deleted.

These are expressions you will use:

outputs('Send_an_HTTP_request_to_SharePoint')?['body']['d']['results']

item()?['DeletedDate']

Thank you for your knowledge! By using your way, finally, I can visualize what I want.

After "Filter array", I set "Initialize variable" as the attached picture.  I am just noting for someone who in a similar situation.

Today, I realize that this method doesn't work correctly.

I think the issue is that when I use "_api/web/RecycleBin?$filter=(ItemType eq 3)" to send HTTP request to Sharepoint,

I only get my RecycleBin and not others. So This way doesn't work when another person deletes the list. This only works for when I delete the list and that list sent to RecycleBin. Do you know how to resolve this?

I am admin of this sharepoint and even I can see the list which they trashed, though.

Yes, you right. I can see other user delete list as well. However, When I use code "web/ RecycleBin?$filter=(ItemType eq 3)", it seems only taking my own recycle bin. Have you tried that other user delete your list and confirm that you can receive the notification email? When I delete the list, other person can get a notification, but when that person deletes the list, I cannot get notification mail. So I think that the code "web/ RecycleBin?$filter=(ItemType eq 3)" can only get my own recycle bin. Is there code such as a  "_api/web/AdminRecycleBin?$filter=(ItemType eq 3)"?  In the attached picture, the left is the case I delete other's list and the right is the case the other delete my list.

I end up with the same issue, I need to find an item that other user deleted, but I don't see in the API request all the items listed on the web (_layouts/15/AdminRecycleBin.aspx?view=5). Is there a solution for that yet?

@IgorAntarov No. Finally, I couldn't and gave up. Now I don't allow users to delete list and I do based on requests.
