Sending a message to a Team channel after a meeting

Hi, I'm looking for a way to post a summary or notification message after a meeting ends in a channel, such as don't forget to fill in this form, update this if there are any changes,...

My temporary solution is based on common users' behaviour that people usually say goodbyes at the end of a meeting, which Power Automate can provide such tool to send a message using keywords. However, it poses a new problem where 100 people send a message containing 'bye' or 'goodbye', there'll be a hundred automatic messages with the same content. 

I would like to ask for a solution in my case. Thank you.

One way to do that would be to turn on Concurrency Control in your trigger and set it to 1,  and then add a delay step of 15 min or so (to make sure everyone has left the meeting).  That way, it will trigger off the first "bye" and ignore all the others until the 15 min is over.

You can take a try to use When an upcoming event is starting soon (V3) trigger, then send the message until meeting end time.

Expression:concat(triggerOutputs()?['body/end'],'Z')

If you want to send a the message 15 minutes after the meeting ends, you can add 15 minutes to the end time.

Expression:concat(addMinutes(triggerOutputs()?['body/end'],15),'Z')

This is my test meeting, the message will be post at 3:15PM.

I've added the delay step like this but it seems to not work. 

Apply to each is like a while loop I guess.

I set Concurrency Control to 1 and a delay step for 10 minutes, but the same behaviour happens. Did I do something wrong?

I believe this is a good solution as long as you schedule it on the calendar first.

I would like to ask if there is another way that a summary message is still sent in a channel after a meeting without scheduling the meeting ahead?

I've tested it again, I think your solution actually works.

The problem is when I post 2 messages with 'bye' in them in a row, it is triggered 2 times. Hence, 2 different flows.

This is why I received 2 summary messages. Is there another way?
