SharePoint List with Ratings

I have a SharePoint list with the ratings feature switched on. I would like to get the names of all the users that rated each item but it seems that this is not possible out of the box as the Rated By column is hidden.

I'm wondering if it's possible to build a Flow that would write this information to a new column in the list so that each time an item is rated the column appends the names of each person that rated the item.  The problem I have is I can't figure out how to trigger the flow, it seems that rating an item doesn't trigger the item to be modified.  I'm guessing I'd have to run a scheduled Flow to run every half hour or something, or is there a cleaner way to do this?  Any advice appreciated, thanks.
