Validate Date Format

I'm reading a CSV file and need to validate the date columns. Is there an expression I can use to validate whether the value is a date or not? In a CSV file, it usually displays as a number 44043.3333333333 which equals 7/31/2020 8:00:00 AM

any idea? thanks
