Wait until new file is created and then add it as attach to newest entry

Hello,

I have a PowerApp that asks user for name and then for signature. That goes as new list item in Sharepoint list "Visitors" and new *.jpg in "Signature" folder for signature.

I want a flow that will wait until new file is created and then add it as attach to newest sherpoint list item as attach.

The "Visitors" list will be modified frequently, so it is important that it is only creation date oriented (I have column with registration date).

What would the easiest way to achieve this ?

Thank You, but it does not work when a file is created on after another.

Some get signed other entries get a mix (different signature of different person)

I created a column "Fresh" if it's value is 1 then it's a new record, and after flow is over fresh is 0 so there can only be one value at a time.

But how to implement this ?

Hi @fishbicki ,

What is the type of the Fresh column?

You could filter the items for Fresh equal to 1 in the Get items action, and you could update the Fresh column to 0 at the end of the flow.

Thank You - but for some reason i get:

"The expression "Fresh equal to 1" is not valid."

Fresh is a numeric column - shoud it be different?

*ok so the solution is

Fresh eq 1

and it must be a text column
