Hey All!
Currently, I have a flow to email when a new row is created and added to a table. There are 19 columns, 4 of these take in multiple entries (but they essentially act as pairs, hazard+control / employee+employer) - this has led to multiple rows being added at one time with a single column acting as an ID to link the multiples. I have attached a diagram to give a rough idea (Name is the ID).
Now for the real issue 🙂
As stated, I have a flow set up to email for each new row that is created. I want to slim it down further. As it stands, I get an email for each row. In the example below, this is how it would look for a form filled out with 3 hazards and 3 users.
My question is - can I and/or how would I change things so that all the hazards and the controls, as well as the signatures of workers and their employers, are added to one singular email? if possible I would like to keep the little introductory message, location, the 5 questions, and the "number of signatures" parts the same.

Hey sorry - forgot to update this one. So instead I created a flow trigger in the app, used variables to gather the data and slap them all into one email. Hopefully the images can explain what's going on a bit better than I can.
it's essentially just a bunch of variables being initialised, they get populated by a run command on the submit button at the end of my app. Then that all gets thrown into an email.
My explanation definitely sucks - but if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask and I'll do a horrible job explaining what I did 🙂
