I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The GIF screenshot as below:
Please check if you have enabled "New experience" option within the List experience property of the Advanced Settings of your SP list (List Settings-> Advanced Settings -> List experience -> "New experience" option😞
If the issue still exists, please take a try to clear cache of your browser, then check if the issue is solved.
