View SP Calendar instead of Outlook

Hi,

I created a Vacation Request app and would like to include a SP Calendar I named "Time Off Calendar".  I added a new screen and am trying to use the Caldnear Template but am having trouble find out how to change the code so that it views the SP calendar and not my Outlook Calendar?  Is this possible?
