Can't sign up for power apps

When I sign up, it texts me the code, I enter the code and click "Next" it asks "Which account do you want to sign out of?", and actually displays no accounts. Why ? I don't want to sign out. I want to sign UP!

Could you please share a bit more about the code that you mentioned?

Do you want to sign up for PowerApps?

Do you have an Office 365 work or school account on your side?

Currently, if you want to sign up for PowerApps, you must have an Office 365 work or school account already on your side.

Please check if you have provided a proper work or school Office 365 account rather than your personal account to sign up for PowerApps.

Hi thanks for the reply Kris!

I do have a university 365 account and we use power apps. When I sign up for powerapps the aforementioned behavior manifests.

Hi @Meiyou2,

Does your university 365 account have a Office 365 subscription/license already?

If your university 365 account have a Office 365 subscription/license (e.g. Office 365 Education A1, Office 365 Education A2, etc) already, I think you may not be necessary to sign up for PowerApps, you could sign in PowerApps directly.

Some Office 365 subscriptions also include PowerApps license. More details about PowerApps for Office 365, please check the following article:

Please also consider take a try to clear cache of your browser, then try again, check if the issue is solved.
