We are seeing the same problem with our tenant: 

 

{"error":{"code":"AzureResourceManagerServerError","message":"Encountered internal server error from Azure Resource Manager. The tracking Id is 'a2a06f5f-52f6-42f7-ad14-eecf31462d90'."}}

 

Apps are working but we cannot save modifications or share apps with new users.

These types of things are totally unacceptable.  One of the benefits (in theory) of cloud environments is supposed to be redundancy and availability - things that seem entirely lacking in PowerApps.  

 

Amazing how much productivity I've wasted over the last 9 months with this environment...  

 

Sounds like there is either something fundamentally wrong in the way the environment is managed or the overall architecture, as things like this are hardly uncommon....

I'm having the exact same problem this morning.  Normally I can add users without incident.

The incident has been raised and highest priority investigations are in progress (incident reference: 82670244).

To the Original poster:  Please change the status of this issue.  This is not "Solved" until microsoft fixes the issue and people are able to save their changes.  This is very much an "unsolved" issue at this point.

@Iantg We have identified the issue, and esclated it to the higest prioirty. We mark it as a solution because the only solution is fixing it on our end. You will be notified asap when we fix it. Again, we apologize.
