Checkbox automatically uncheck when other checkbox is checked

Hi Community,

I am stuck on two issues:

1. The user has to click twice in order to check the A checkbox. This checkbox is part of the gallery. However, I dont see this issue in the B checkbox.

2. There are two checkboxes in the gallery. If the user checks the B checkbox, the already-checked A checkbox will be uncheck.
