Create a duplicate gallery record

Hi,

I need to add a button in each item to duplicate record in a gallery . Can you help me find a way to do this.

my database is a SharePoint list.

You could try to use the Patch() function to achieve this.

I have made a simple test for your reference.

 

1. Here is my SharePoint list.

2. Select the Button Control and apply the following formula on its OnSelect property as:

Patch(datasource,Defaults(datasource),{ColumnName1:ThisItem.ColumnName1,ColumnName2:ThisItem.ColumnName2,ColumnName3:ThisItem.ColumnName3})
