Create new Outlook Task - returning the Task ID

Hi ,  I have sucessfully used the OutlookTasks connector to create a Outlook Task from PowerApps.  What I want to do is to be able to store the ID of the task created in so I can reference the again in the App.

Is there a way to do this?  I was hoping OutlookTasks.CreateTask() would return the ID.

When you call OutlookTasks.CreateTasks it returns the task it created as a result, so you can set that result in a variable and access the Id property to get the new task id.

For example, if you have this expression in a button:

Set(newTask, OutlookTasks.CreateTask("Test task"))

Then once the task creation succeeds you can access the new task id via

newTask.Id
