DatePicker with Patch

Hi,

I am trying to insert values in to SQL DB. I have a DatePicker with format "yyyy-mm-dd" and a button with Patch (Patch('Table',{Date:DatePicker.SelectedDate}); but I get an error "Date: Field Required". Please help.

Re: DatePicker with Patch

Hi @papp ,

Could you tell me the data type of the column that you want to inset values?

I assume it as a date type column.

You could try this formula:

Patch('table name',Defaults('table name'),{column name:DatePicker1.SelectedDate})

Here's doc about patch for your reference:

Re: DatePicker with Patch

Hi v-yutliu-msft,

Thanks for your reply. Yes the data type is Date and I am using the same formula as you mentioned but still I get the same error.

Thanks!
