Gallery with Pictures from One Drive

Hello,

i'm struggling with the Gallery. I would like to create a little library with pictures. My Table is in Local Excel, the pictures are stored in OneDrive. Via "Get Link" in OneDrive, i'm Storing the Link as the Picture URL in the excel. But it doesn't work and I dont know why. The Pictures are not loading.

I would appreciate it if someony could help me in this case.

Sincerely,

Tobi

Re: Gallery with Pictures from One Drive

Hi @MS_Tobi ,

Do you want to save the images stored in one drive to excel?

I notice that the image url looks like:

https://company name....

Are you sure these urls are valid?

Please click the url to see whether you could open a picture.

Usually, we use these two ways to store image to excel:

1)use image's url:

The data should be like this:

https://az787822...../Carpet-Stone-Beige.jpg

The data should be directly linked with the image.

If you click the link, you will open the image.

Also, you need to have permission on these urls

In this situation, actually you've not storing image, you store the image's hyperlink.

2)use data stored in one drive :
The data should be like this:

appres://datasources/FlooringEstimates/table/FlooringEsti..........

Actually, this is a kind of relative path.

In this situation, you need to upload your excel to one drive.

The images and the excel file should be in the same account's one drive.

Since your data looks like none of them so firstly please check the data in your one drive whether is valid.
