HIde or Show button based on multiple conditions

Good morning,

I have a button that I want to hide or show depending on the controls within various containers.
This formula works well to show the button if the below conditions are met but I would like to expand this to include whether or not person/group fields are empty or not. 

 If(!IsBlank(txtPurchaseFrom.Text) And !IsBlank(txtAddress.Text) And !IsBlank(txtCity.Text) And !IsBlank(txtProjectNumber.Text) And (gblAction="edit" Or gblAction="new"), true , false )

Here the form shows both sets of fields that will either show or hide the button.
As the controls circled on the left are populated the button will appear at the top right of the form. 
Because a certain value was in the Total Amount field the two email fields are visible and the formula for those work.
What I need to do is show or hide the button based on whether the email fields on the right have a value or not.

I have tried multiple ways to do this without success.

If you wanna try the validation of email, try this:

If(IsMatch(TextInput1.Text, Email ), true, false))

And you can check if is blank or not with your formula

There is never a need for an If() in a visible property since the underlying equation reduces to true or false without it.

Nothing I try seems to help.
I am trying to use a custom component, which I am a REAL novice and it doesnt seem to work either.
I am not sure why it is so hard to hide an icon when certain email fields are empty at certain times based on different conditions.
Below is my component. "IsValid", which is supposed to use my variable varBucket:BucketNumber variable

Because I am using containers and not data cards I am not able to use your solution.

I created a custom component and using the visible property of the Icon that acts like a button I used the following.
