!! - High Priority --No Internet Connections

We are holding a staff meeting and seeing an issue where the user is getting a No Internet Connection error message. We have tried signing into Power Apps app with cellular only, wi-fi only (wifi is working but message persists). We deleted Power Apps app, re-downloaded. Restarted iPhone device.  

Any known solution?

Yes; I had the user update ios and that seemed to resolve the issue.

Have you solve your issue? 

Is the mobile provider is part of the issue? 
Have you tried using browser in PC/Laptop? or even change device to android?
