I want to send e-mails to the email Addresses in the Collection

I want to Send e-mail to all the email Addresses in the My Collection. How can I Do that? I have a Button to patch some data to SharePoint. When that button click I want to send a Email.

best way to approach this is handling it with a power automate flow, create a flow with a power apps trigger and ask the email address in power apps

Can you help with that? Bcz I don't know much about power automate

Of course

first step create the flow it should look something like this 

in power apps select the button that is gonna send the emails and click on Action>Power Automate>Add flow and select the flow you just created. and add the email as parameter in the onselect action of the button where you added the power automate flow.

It's okay but How can I send email to all the email addresses in my collection? If I use First Function It only send mail to 1st recorded person.

Indeed, check first if you can send a email to 1 person to check if it works.

there are two approaches to this, you loop over all the email adresses in power apps or loop over all adresses in power automate.

i would suggest looping over all adresses in power apps because that is a bit easier to implement.

it is going to look something like this

ForAll(DataSource,powerautomateflow(ThisRecord.'Email Address'))

where DataSource is the name of your sharepint list and 'Email Adress' is the name of the collumn wich contains the email of the reciever.

Hey @ASHetap I don't think the Flow is adding much value here, it is performing the same function which you get from the Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2() activity in PowerApps.

To get value from SharePoint, you might use a "When an item is created or modified" triggered flow to send these emails.

Here are two different ways I would do the whole thing in PowerApps:

//If all the users are receiving the same email, just BCC them. You still NEED a "To" recipient, though.
