Location.Latitude & Location.Longitude values are empty when in poor network coverage or Offline

When a user is Offline or in poor network coverage due to remote areas, the Location.Latitude and Location.Longitude values are returned as 'empty'. I was able to replicate the issue on my android phone as well by putting my phone in 'Airplane Mode'. I double checked that my Location settings were enabled and that PowerApps had correct permissions to 'Always use my Location'. At the same time, Google Maps app on my phone is able to get current location based on phone's GPS while showing that I'm offline. I'm guessing that PowerApps relies on network carrier or WiFi for User's location by default but for some reason is not able to use Phone's in-built GPS for current location in poor network coverage.

My app is built for our organization's Sales team that travels across the country to find potential new customers and report their location. I have built offline features in my app for the ability to locally save data while they are in poor network coverage but I was not prepared for the Location values to not work.

As a temporary workaround, I'm asking my Sales team to get Location coordinates from Google Maps when in poor network coverage and manually enter in PowerApps but I feel this bug needs to be addressed within PowerApps to benefit the entire community.

Did you manage to get any solution? I have the same problem it seems that PowerApps is not using device location so it is not always returning accurate results for latitude and longtitude.
