Hi
I want to filter records depending of user connection:
I'm Administrator and want to access all records of the app.
if an user has only user wrigth's, I want the app to filter only user's records, to edit, delete or add only is own record.
Is there an office365users syntaxt ? Do I need to filter all dropdown of NewForms ?
What is the best method for this filter ?
Thanks for help

it is very disappointing not to be able to benefit from Office365's privilege management power. I'm going to add a privilege field in my table. Thanks you for your help.
Hi Jim - Sorry but you are going to have to create the experience of security trimming options and buttons. You can do things like use the User().Email and compare to the list of people who should or should not see things.
