PowerApps Error Message - You do not have permission to view this blob

Hello

I have built a PowerApp for individuals to raise a purchase requisition. They fill in a form which once submitted is saved to a SharePoint list. Throughout the process there are additional steps where either the Admin team or the original requestor will add additional information or attachments and will press a 'save' button which will use a patch formula to save the updates and send an email to the admin user/requestor that an amendment has been made to the request.

A few individuals have been receiving the below error and I will be honest and said I have no idea what a 'blob' is or where to even start looking to resolve the error for them. I am assuming it is something to do with permissions but all users have the same permission level (as far as I am aware) and this is not happening to all users. The error reads:

"OfficeOutlook365.SendEmailV2 failed. One or more errors occurred. Reporting the first one. You do not have permission to view this blob"

On the 'save' button there is a Patch function (which is working fine) and then the email function:

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2("our email in here", "Goods/Services Received", "Hi<br><br>I have received the following goods/services for this request, please see attached delivery note/works completion. <br><br>Many Thanks",{Attachments: AddColumns(RenameColumns(DataCardValue79_1.Attachments,"Value","ContentBytes"),"@odata.type","")});

Could it maybe have something to do with these users not be able to access the attachments that are stored in the form in PowerApps?

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Jess

Blob is a type of storage.  By default many types of attachments saved to SharePoint from Power Apps are actually stored in the Blob storage.   Anyone using your app will need to have access to the list or library where the attachments are stored.

As a solution I have just removed the attachments from the email as they can view them in the App anyway.

They do have permissions to the list but it is limited so this must be why they cannot email out attachments from the list.
