I'm having a problem editing or running all my applications, I've already done login and logof, I've updated the browser, anonymous tab, edge, firefox, chrome, up to another operating system, logged in with another account that has no relation to the current one and I had the same problem. Has the microsoft system crashed, or is it a personal problem?

I would recommend raising this with Microsoft via the support section within your Power Apps environment or via the M365 Admin Centre.
