Unable to embed PowerApp to website, needs login

Our problem is that we have a CRM(Web Application: https://app.innoscape.com/login) for clients , it's embeded with PowerBI , attached with an account "xxx@xxx.com", the client (Don't have account of PowerBI)  has there own username and password given by us, after they login our application and they have access to all the PowerBI reports we created with  account "xxx@xxx.com", the problem is we created a PowerApp with this same account and we embeded our PowerApp into our PowerBI report , in this  case,  if a client login our application, it requires him to login to run the apps , throwing the warning in the

We are confused for the following reasons:
1. Since the client has access to PowerBI report without an account PowerBI , why he can't use PowerApps without an account PowerApps ?

2. We created the PowerBI report and PowerApps with the same account("xxx@xxx.com"), and this account has all the access to use PowerApps, since the client can read PowerBI report without login ,why he can't run the apps without login ?

Hi @alpha,

So here you are using Power BI Embedding - App owns Data method?

Could you please translate the message shown in the screenshot in English?

PowerApps custom Visual is a little different regarding authentication when working with Power BI Embedding Reports.

Generally the report content uses the Power BI Embedding account to authenticate and get its value back, for PowerApps, as it involves PowerApps Service, it would need another authentication step to have PowerApps work, which means the PowerApps service need to verify the Power BI Embedding account again, and this would need the current user to click the sign in option for the first time.

More information, see:

PowerApps custom Visual for Power BI

Michael
