iPad app not loading with ver 3.18061.12

Older versions of application open on iPad fine.  Since version 3.18061.12, powerapps loads fine, but the actual application I am building just hangs at the "opening" screen

I have been having the exact same issue with 3.18061.12 

However it only happens on our older iPad 2's.

Can you report your sessionId after you try to load the affected apps? You can find it by going to the list of apps, selecting the hamburger menu icon, and from the list of options , select "Session details" in order to get the info. 

I'll pass this issue along to our dev team.

My iPad is next model just after iPad 2 (3rd Gen) which came out in 2012.

Are you able to load the app on a browser at all as a workaround?

I have tried with blank apps(nothing on them) adding data and also with generated apps from a data source.

The apps works in the web and also an iPad air

Also any app that is published before this will work but if it is republished then it no longer works.

Does the issue still reproduce for you with version 3.180622.3, which should now be available through the AppStore?

Still not working With the updated app.

I tried republishing the PowerApp after but still no luck.
