Old Field Reference in Error Message

On app load I'm seeing the following message at the top of the app:

LinkTitleNoMenu.PNG

I'm not sure what it means by the query field....I don't recognize it in the SharePiont list (datasource) or in the app. Anyone else seen this message before?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Re: Old Field Reference in Error Message

Hi Audrieg,

When I open an App based on SharePoint Online list, I don’t get that error message.

Before you get this error message, were you able to open the App and edit it?
What functions did you configure in that field?

Best regards,
Mabel Mao

Re: Old Field Reference in Error Message

I didn't recognize the field but there was a CountLookup field in the list. When I removed it the error went away. So apparently Power Apps doesn't like that field at all.

Re: Old Field Reference in Error Message

Hi

In fact, I had several cases with different scenarios of not able to connect to server.

I wrote to PG Staff thru email and I was told and resolved once, that I hit on transient time of error after they investigate thru Fiddler report.

There is no idea why but out of my 20 apps, 3 apps are affected and corrupted.

When I write again using Excel in Dropbox , it happened occasionally.

No reason provided by PG, liek Jeppe, David, .. but always on improvement.

Hope during GA, all are 99% stable.

Hope so.

NB: Before those errors occured, my apps work perfectly, even by users, in Malaysia, and Europe. At first I thought it was due to terrible Malaysia network, but then if it also happened in Germany, then...
