PERSONAL ACCESS

Content migrated from TechNet.  Post attribution to:  ptr.chovan

SO WILL YOU ADD PERSONAL ACCESS TO POWERAPPS WITH POSSIBILITY TO PUBLISH APPS TO STORES AND POSSIBILITY TO CREATE APP FOR MULTIPLE USERS ON MULTIPLE MACHINES????????

If not can you at least start supporting Siena? Just get one from your team worker to work on it and I can guarantee you that Siena would win without him touching a keyboard

BECAUSE NO ONE IS STUPID ENOUGH TO WORK FOR FREE !!!!!

Currently there is no ability to output apps to ios, windows or android stores. All of the apps you build will be contained within the PowerApps app, and accessible by your organization or school.

Ptr,

Anyone with a work or school email id can have personal access. As far as publishing apps to "stores" goes, We will have our own PowerApps app, which will run the apps and also display the apps and data available to you within your organization.

Thanks!

Jon

The reason why you let accessing powerapps with school or business email is that you want people businesses share their apps only within their accounts or organization. Exactly as you said.

!!! THAT MEANS BUSINESSES, SCHOOLS AND OTHERS WON'T BE ABLE TO SHARE THEIR APPS WITH CUSTOMERS (OR OTHER BUSINESES) OVER THE STORES !!!

As I said before... That means the whole idea is just nonsense...

Therefore I was asking you for personal access with possibility to publish apps to store. AND YOU DIND'T ANSWER IT! (however you dare to marked your answer as answered)

So please try it again and answer it so the other people know if it is worth of even trying your powerapps

After long experience with this forum and siena I know that currently means never. So I hope you are proud to destroy siena and its revolutionary idea and turn it into this c..p. After long waiting and trust I was giving you with siena I can now say that I'm done with all Microsoft product and I'm leaving you...

Ptr.

Im very sorry to hear that. You were a glowing member of the Siena community and would have been an excellent addition to this community. I understand your frustration, and change is often times difficult. I cant speak to how you interpret my above words, as I have said all I can..

but what I will say is this..

If you come along on this journey with us. It may happen that at some point you are pleasantly surprised.
I also understand your hesitance. and am sorry to see you go.

You have my info if youd like to contact me directly.

Thanks Ptr.

Jon

I'm on this journey for more then 3 years. You were feeding us for about a year how busy you are with upgrading siena and instead of upgrade we get downgrade. With the business account login, what means the apps can't be published to store (ever), you have destroy the siena hart completely, the most important feature about it. Without it the powerapps is nothing more then extension to a O365 and another cloud services what makes them more desirable. This is the only point for you.

The previous siena team made siena to help business by sharing the apps with customer. For example this one created by previous siena team

https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Siena-Personal-Shopper-854f350e

THAT ONE IS MEANT TO BE SHARED WITH CUSTUMER

And what you done? AN EXTENSION TO YOUR CLOUD SERVICES AND O365 because the app can not be shared with others only WITHIN THEIR ACCOUNT

THIS IS NOT WHAT BUSINESSES NEED!!!

But obviously you have made your decision so either do I. I always thought that siena will help windows store to fill it with all useful apps. I bought a windows phone for $500 a year ago and I have to use it as a internet browser because there are no apps for it. And if there is one it is only a web wrap where is easier to use internet browser. The only one app I'm using for my personal usage is an example how to not make user interface but unfortunately it is the only one in store what does the job. Obviously you have totally destroy siena and hope for change that means I'm done with Microsoft unless you prove me othervice. And to prove you I'm not bluffing I can even send you a link to all my device on ebay by the end of this week and you can even check all my accounts slowly being cancelled

I knew siena was too good to be true so Microsoft turned it into this. What a shame!! Fortunately I didn't spend a long time programming in siena...

Why have you folks decided to limit this to only users within an organization? That is extremely worthless for me because we often times have a small team within my organization managing teams from another organization. Will you please allow us to share these apps to anyone with a Microsoft account? Why not?
