Hi @HirenKataria

@mr-dang wrote an excellent post on how to do this. Hopefully, this should be of some help to you.

Re: How to fetch records in 500 batch without increasing Data Row limit setting?

Hi @timl

I try this soution but I get an error in Filter() function

Filter('Master Project List',(RoundDown(Value(ID)/500,0)+1)=Result)

Here the code also my Data row limit setting is 500 and SharePoint list have 800 recods.

UpdateContext({maxn: First(Sort('Master Project List',ID,Descending))});
UpdateContext({minn: First(Sort('Master Project List',ID,Ascending))});
If(IsBlank(maxn.ID) || maxn.ID=0,
Patch('Nayamode Master Project List',First(Filter('Master Project List',ID = maxn.ID)),
{ID: RoundDown(Value(maxn.ID)/500,0)+1
}
),
UpdateContext({maxn: First(Sort('Master Project List',ID,Descending))})
);
Clear(TestCollection);
Collect(itr,[1,2]);
ForAll(itr,Collect(TestCollection,Filter('Master Project List',(RoundDown(Value(ID)/500,0)+1)=Result)))

I also replace this Filter() function by search()

ForAll(itr,Collect(TestCollection,Search('Master Project List',TextSearchBox2.Text,"ActiveProjectName")))

Now I get duplicated recods.
