Flow to collect responses from a Microsoft Form.

Hi I have created a flow that collects the responses from a Microsoft Form and then either updates the record in the SharePoint list or if the record does not exist then creates the record. Here is a screenshot of the form

All the permissions on the SharePoint list are correct

HI does anyone have any idea why the above flow is not updating the SharePoint List. Here is a screen shot of the outputs from get items 

The create item is not showing any outputs why would this be

In your Get Items action, you will need to use the internal column name of your Project ID column. Keep in mind that the internal column name may not always match the name displayed in your Sharepoint list. If you aren't sure how to get the Internal Column name, you can refer to this section of one of my YT Tutorials.

Return Count of Items

Whenever I use a Filter Array action, I always like to return the count of items returned in a Compose action. This is helpful when building a flow and can also be used to troubleshoot your flow.

Insert a Compose action. Add an Expression. Use the length() function.

Select the Dynamic content tab and insert the body dynamic content from the Filter Array action into the length() function.

Run a test.

Because your Get Items action will only ever return a single item, an Apply to Each action isn't necessary in your flow.

@kathblack17 Your flow wouldn't update anything because no items are returning from your Get Items action. Can you show what your filter query in the Get Items action looks like? You'll need to troubleshoot that portion of your flow first.

Hi here is the filter query in get items the internal name of the SharePoint column is ProjectID (no spaces)

@kathblack17 Can you upload a screenshot? Your filter query field only has ProjectID in it? That would be incorrect if that is the case you would need to compare it to something.
