Help to put the two flows together

Hi everyone,
my flow looks like this:

The problem is that 'When a file is created' only lets me choose files in 'My files,' while 'Add a row into a table' only lets you choose files in shared libraries. So basically, I have to put an Excel file into a shared folder (company-managed) and images into a folder that is in 'My files.' I do not understand; if it is called OneDrive for Business, why won't it let me search for files in company-managed folders?

The OneDrive for Business trigger only works for the user's personal OneDrive for Business and doesn't extend to SharePoint (company-managed) folders by design. If you need to trigger off a company-managed folder, you'll need to use the SharePoint connector equivalent. Keep in mind that there are some actions exclusive to the OneDrive for Business connector, like the "Convert file" action. In cases where I have to use this action, I  might design my flow to use OneDrive as a "staging area," perform the conversion action, move the final file(s) to SharePoint, and then delete the staging files in the OneDrive folder.

So, basically, what I want is to extract data from receipts (images), add them to an Excel file, and at the end of the month, email that excel file.

The receipts (images) are located in OneDrive for Business, but I can create a folder in the company-managed library. This is not a problem.

I have created a flow that extracts data from receipts and adds it to an Excel file. Additionally, I have a flow that emails the content of the folder.

Could you please help me to integrate these two flows? I have no idea how to do it and how to replace OneDrive for Business. I am a newbie, would be nice if you share screenshots or maybe share .zip

If the goal is to consolidate, you'll need to move the actions from your first flow into the daily occurrence of the second flow. Instead of triggering on the file creation in your first flow, incorporate the logic of receipt extraction into your second flow. To achieve this, list all the files in the receipts folder using the "List all files in a folder" action. If there are files (use a condition statement to check the length of the response), create the excel file.

Next, use an "Apply to Each" loop to iterate through each file, extract the content of each file, and add the rows to the Excel file. Additionally, add a delete file (or move) action to remove the original receipt file so it doesn't get re-processed in the next flow run.

Outside the "Apply to Each" loop, create a shareable link to the Excel file. Ensure you place the rest of your Flow 2 actions outside of the "Apply to Each" loop so that only one email gets sent with the attachment.

Consider using SharePoint as your main repository for this process. You should be able to perform all these actions without tying them to a user's personal OneDrive workspace. This is beneficial as a SharePoint folder is already in a shared space and provides more permanence, as it's not linked to a user's account.
