How to convert the text tables from email body to HTML tables

Hi Team,

Is there a way to convert the text tables to html table and extract only the required rows based on condition

The condition is "%Used" column >50 from the below sample body of email screenshot.

Hello @MeenaRK

Could you check out any of the existing actions are showing the near about results.

Also try out other options like writing that data from the email to Excel and then see if it arranges itself in a better way.

Hi @MeenaRK

Take a look about converting from string to Array to be able to be passed to these two Compose actions.

If that's not possible then perhaps an option would be going line by line starting from the dashes "---", then using string functions getting the characters from the right just after the last space, until it finds the word "selected"

And then fetch it only if that value is >50.

If you come across an easier way do post back here.

Would also like to share you an Excel formula based approach if you decide to write that content to an Excel.

Formula for reference:

=RIGHT($A11,LEN($A11)-FIND("@",SUBSTITUTE($A11," ","@",LEN($A11)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE($A11," ",""))),1))
