Could you share the detailed configuration of your Flow?
I think the method provided by Scott is to solve your problem, the Number field will automatically recognize the type of Dynamic content output by other actions.
Like:
Generally speaking, we can choose Dynamic content directly, but if we know how it is represented, we can use Expression directly and work consistently.

An easy way around thes is to create and set a variable for the columns with which you are having and issue. Intialize them to the value you want - you'll likely be able to select what you need ffrom Dynamic Prropeties., Then reference the variables in you SharePoint action. There are other ways as well to get this done.
