Problemas com Tabela HTML no e-mail

Oi,

Criei um fluxo que, quando carrego faturas via onedrive, extrai os seguintes campos (número da fatura, data, Total, Serviço, Ordem de compra, Fornecedor e Número do compromisso) para uma folha de excel.

Ao mesmo tempo, queria que sempre que houvesse upload de faturas fosse enviado um e-mail com uma tabela html com esses  dados extraídos. Já consegui obter a tabela com o cabeçalho e o layout, mas tem um "problemão", porque em vez de criar uma linha para cada número de fatura, envia vários e-mails e em cada e-mail repete a mesma fatura várias vezes.

Estou a trabalhar com o Power Automate Cloud

Replace the "Create_HTML_Table" action with a "compose". Inside the "Compose" action add the following code <p>Insert the Firld1 from Excel</p><p>Insert the Firld1 from Excel</p>. Provide the output of this compose in your email

Substitua a ação "Criar tabela HTML" por uma "composição". Dentro da ação "Compor", adicione o seguinte código <p>Insira o Campo1 do Excel</p><p>Insira o Campo2 do Excel</p>. Forneça a saída desta composição no seu email.

Hello, it didn't work. I've changed the flow as you said. But I would like to receive a table with all the invoices that I send at once, if I now upload five invoices via onedrive, I should get in the email a table with the data of these five  invoices, and what I am getting is an email with the data of each invoice sent and not in table format in a body e-mail

See what i'm getting....i received 2 e-mails, because i uploaded 2 invoices...

Ok, in that case you should change the trigger to a manual or recurrence trigger and loop through the invoices in your OneDrive folder. Get the results in an array variable, create table and email them.

Hi, thanks to write me again, but its difficult.

The excel sheet was not updated and the html table did not come out in the body of the email.

As the table wasn't coming out, I put the compose action back to see if that was the problem, but the table still doesn't come out in Outlook

I will describe the actions where i had difficulties.

In the beggining I used AI builder forms (and not ai builder invoices), because I wanted to extract from my invoices data that ai builder invoices didn't have, such as "Compromisso”.So I had to replace in your’ flow to Extract information from documents"

In the form I have doubts wich file content I choice. (I choice the file content content bytes)

3. APPEND TO ARRAY VARIABLE

4. CREATE HTML

I choose body/value

5. COMPOSE

6. E-MAIL
