Save email attachments with same attachment name to Sharepoint

Hi! I'm new to Power automate. I would like to ask if there is a way to save the attachments send the same file after a while with same file name (as File.xlsx) to sharepoint, then rename the 1st one with MonthYear received (as File_Jan2022.xlsx) while the second one with MonthYear received and incrementing the number as File_Jan2022_1.xlsx.
