Sharepoint list flow is running, but there is no email send out

I created a shrepoint list from spreadsheet load, then build a recurrence flow 1 time per week to get items and then send email from office 365 outlook with options using the information from the list data (for our annual asset custody verification) and update item in the list after user click the Yes, No button in the email. It ran ok once, then after some editing to the email body, etc, each test run just shows as the list is running, but it stuck at step "Apply to each" and There is no email send out.

There is no error either. How can I debug to see where the problem is or you have any idea where to check?

Can you post a screen shot of your Flow?  That will make it much easier to assist.

I suspect the issue is related to the fact the the Flow will pause on every email waiting for a response - I assume that you are using the Send Email with Options action.

This is my flow main steps. I deleted the update item step and tried again, it still didn't send out any email. I tried many times and cancelled many flows even tried from a new list.

Your issue is that each email sent out must have a response before the Flow moves on - that's why you are stuck on the first item in the loop.  The first email was sent and no response has been received.  If no response is received, the Flow will time out in 30 days.

The bottom line is that Send Email with options is not appropriate in this situation.

You may want to check to see if the email addresses you are using are valid.  If you are pulling the email from a person or group column, make sure you are referencing the Email for that column in Dynamic properties.

The bottom line is that Send Email with options is not appropriate in this situation.

WE still didn't find a solution to avoid this. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to do this? That is, we want to go through the list and send an email with option or start an approval email to everyone in the list, but don't want to wait on each user's response.

Are the number of approvers always the same?

Do you need all approvers to approve?  Just a certain number to approve?

What will happen after the approval takes place?

No, each person approve his/her own item/email, it'll then update the item once user responded.
