Hi, How to set and get data from 'Azure blob storage' into PowerApps Portals

Hi, I need help regarding setting and getting data from "Azure Blob storage" and showing over 'PowerApps Portals'. I had tried the following links but not succeeded.

1- https://vblogs.in/configure-azure-storage-in-the-powerapps-portal/

In the upper link, I was unable to see the attachment button and option over my portal

2- https://dynamics-chronicles.com/article/power-apps-portal-web-files-azure-blob-storage

In  the Upper link, I was not able to see any response after implementing all steps

Hello Muhammadirfan,

Please review the official documentation for Azure Blob setup with the Portal.

Enable Azure storage - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs

You will also need to make sure to add the web resource to the form.

Add Azure storage web resource to a form - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs

I'm assuming you are adding the blob file to an existing record?  I don't believe it will work on a create form.

If you are still facing issue, please open a support ticket for assistance.

Thanks,

Hi @Anonymous

Please follow the instructions from @MarkBiggerstaf. If you are confident that you have performed every step as per the official documentation or the blogs you are following.  Then the next thing you need to check is table permission.

Once you set the notes entity permission properly.

Key Note:  To see the attachment option, "The record has to exist" meaning once you create the record then the attachment will only appear if you "Edit" the record.  For creation/ insert mode - The attachment will not be visible.

Hope it helps.

Glad to hear @IrfanMukhtiar1

I hope you have followed the below instruction carefully. There should be two separate forms

Also, make sure you search for adx_annotations/adx.annotations.html and click ok. Then publish the form

Hope it helps.

Hi,

Thanks for your great help.

I had follow

1)https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/enable-azure-storage

2)https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/add-web-resource

as well

3) https://vblogs.in/configure-azure-storage-in-the-powerapps-portal/

I had performed all steps (I am confident), added entity metadata step, but entity metadata of type notes is not showing over my 'basic form'.......

Can you please guide please?

Hi,
As ragavanrajan said, attachment will be available once record is created, I had use list over webpage, where retrieved leads, add 'entity metadata step to form where navigate while editing lead from list' but at that form notes show with 'page not found'.

Secondly, I had two webpages in PowerApps Portals, one for image upload to 'azure blob storage' and other for show 'images retrieved from azure blob storage'.

Can I achieved this if I use HTML WebResource using API calls to 'Azure blob storage'?

If you have any information regarding this, please let me know,

Thanks
