PowerApps Portal Sign in page error

Hi All,

We are currently facing a blocking issue with our PowerApps portal. When the user clicks on the 'Sign in' link on the home page, we get the below error. The Sign in page does not load at all. Thanks in advance for any help or guidance that would help us resolve this.

Server Error in '/' Application.

Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Not sure this was every solved, did you ever find a solution @kb1408

@aali a few things you can check:

  • see previous video to disable custom errors, so we can see the real exception
  • did you ever provisioned multiple Portals for your environment?
    • I have a bad experience when this happens, some related records like language / publish status / child pages tend to get associated with the wrong website, and this causes several errors
  • was this working before? did you delete or renamed any page?

My advise here would be spinning up a new trial environment, and comparing the Site Settings related to authentication. Just to see if there is something off there.

If you can't find anything, I think the only thing you can do is reaching out to Microsoft by opening a ticket support. They will be able to debug your Portal and see what's missing.
