@mTalha_Khan Use sendkeys or try updating the selector in PAD for your dropdown object or add the ui element again.

Thanks

Hello, the past week i actualizated the power automate desktop version. and all of my flows have desappeared. any idea to help me? thanks

So to be clear, you can't access your cloud flows with the Desktop tool unless you purchase some premium version of the Automate license?  I have flows in the cloud, and I have flows in the Desktop app, but they are distinct.  I tried to register the machine, but it says I need some Premium version on my Microsoft 365 E3 license?

Very confusing product announcement, even more confusing documentation, so is what I stated above true?

Yes, that's true if you want to use cloud and desktop flow together within one environment. You needs at least a per user license: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2085130

31 page PDF on how to get licensing? No thanks, but I can't stop the updater from trying to put the machine on automatically now, and can't update unless I do.  Makes no sense to me.

Hi,

Anyone who can advise on how to share the Flows created via Power Automate Desktop to other users ?

Appreciate any response.

Thank you!

You can do that if you have a Power Automate Per User plan with Attended RPA, which includes both cloud flows and desktop flows. Or if you have an Azure pay-as-you-go subscription on your environment. Both of these include desktop flows.

When you have that, sharing desktop flows is done via the cloud portal. Here's a guide on how to do that: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/manage#share-desktop-flows

If you do not have a paid license, but still want to share your desktop flows, the only way to do that is to copy the actions out of the PAD designer into a text file (the actions will be automatically converted to Robin code) and then give that file to some other user. They can then copy the code into their own PAD designer to create the same actions. If your flow has multiple sub-flows, this process will need to be performed for each sub-flow separately, because you can only copy the contents of a single sub-flow at once.
