Flow to work on several lists

Hi Team,

I have a share point site and i create a task list for each project that i have, in total i plan to have around 40 projects/task lists in the same site.

I created a flow on one list where i use "get items" to get a specific list then filter and send mails based on task dates.

I need to replicate the same flow on all site lists.

Currently i copy the flow and change the list name in the get items, also it sends a mail at the end where i put the project/list name manually in the mail subject...so after copying a flow i have to edit and write manually the list name in the "get items" and in the mail subject.

Trying to simplify this step, can i have one flow to run on all site lists?
If flow can't read all site lists, can't i save it as a template in a way that i put the new list name once then it reflects in the get items function and in the mails subject as well?

Unfortunately, you can't consolidate these into one flow since the Triggers are all hard coded to each specific list.  I haven't seen anyone come up with a way to do a dynamic connection at this point.

I agree with @Pstork1 in the sense that when you design a Sharepoint based trigger flow ("when an item is created" etc) it is not possible to have a single flow handling several sharepoint lists.

However, if your flow has a recurrence trigger (executed daily, weekly, etc) or a manual trigger, I believe you can have a single flow running for more than one sharepoint list. In such a case, I would suggest to do the following:

1-initialize an array variable

2-add it the sharepoint list names you need

3- add an "apply to each" with the array variable as input

4- inside this "apply to each" add the stuff you want to replicate ( "get items" , "filter array", "apply to each" and "send an email"). Please note that as "List Name" input for "SP get items" you need to select "Enter a custom value" at the end of the drop-down list, and add "Current Item" as Dynamic Content.

In te following screenshot you will see I built an array with two of the SP List names from my SP site

Hi @Ahmad_Hlawa ,

The expression that @efialttes configured in Value is displayed in the comment.

You could also configure an array directly in Value with the element-List name.

'Apps' and 'Contactos' are the names assigned to two of my Sharepont Lists
