Forms as a collector of data to be stored in Excell

Good day.

I hope you are all well.

I am completely new to this and essentially have two questions.

1) Best place to learn how to use the basic functions.

2) I am looking at a solution whereby I can use an automated Form that is sent out daily with the same questions with the intent to collect the data over a period of a year to analyse, and use fopr decision making.  Any guidance in this regard would be appreciated.

@JC999 in POwer Automate click on the Learn link in the menu on the left of the screen. I started with flows 5 years ago and before they had those learn pages I watched many videos on YouTube and they are still a great way to start and build up your skills. I always like the videos by Shane Young.

If you're using Microsoft Forms you can send out the link every day to your users automatically using a recurrence schedule trigger sent to run once a day, then use the send an email (v2) action. Forms stores the responses in a spreadsheet in the responses tab, but if you want the responses in a different spreadsheet you can have a flow with the "when a new response is submitted" trigger immediately followed by the "get response details" action and then the Excewl a" add a row into a table" action to action each response into your spreadsheet.
