Hi Sandervd,

I just tested with a flow like below:

Capture.PNG

I created multiple events every 30 minutes and I got successful runs and recieved the emails every 30 minutes:

So this trigger should work as expected. Would you please try with another Calendar maybe?

Regards,

Mona

Hi Mona,

I have tried it with another calendar, seems not to make any difference?!

Isnt there a debugging log of some sort?

Hello,
I posted a similar reply on a different topic. I'll repost here, hope it helps!

Debugging:

If you click on the "my flows" tab (Highlighted at the top of the page) you can see a list of created flows, there is a small (!) icon on the right hand side of the flow(also highlighted)

Flow

Clicking this will show you a list of every time the flow was executed and whether it has passed or failed.

Chose the most recent one/ the one you want to debug and it will show you at what step it failed along with an error message detailing why it has failed.

Expand the failed step to see more detailed information about what exactly went wrong.

Usually found in the "OUTPUTS" at the bottom of the information.

Unfortunately using another calendar did not make any difference, also I do not see any events fired in the info section.

Which means that the flow isnt being activated somehow?

Hi,

Yes if you see the following message:

There are no runs When a flow does run, this is where you'll see its history

This means that the flow has never been triggered and you might want to investigate as to why it's not being triggered.

Hi TLCLONE,

yes offcourse, unfortunately I have no idea where.

I checked the following:

- is the right calendar selected

- change to another calendar

- are there appointments scheduled(yes but recurring)

- recreated the flow

Hi Sandervd,

I just created a test flow, and a test event in my outlook 365 calendar and it triggered the workflow instantly.

However I also set up a reccuring event (I set it to start yesterday and repeat daily) to see if it fires the flow on a repeating event.

So far the event has passed (time now 17:11) and the event was due for 16:30.

The flow didn't fire for the reccuring event.

It seems there is indeed an issue with a reccuring office 365 Event not triggering the flow action.

It could be a bug (unless we are both missing something) in that case it sounds like a job for the MS-Flow team to look into.

Hi TCLONE,

Unfortunately I am still seeing the same issue, many thanks for testing together with me.

Anyone from MS can take a look at this?
